The Department for Communities has published a survey on how the current Welfare Supplementary Payment Schemes (WSPs) are working to help inform decisions on any future welfare mitigation package.
Please note that WSPs refer to important mitigation payments in the social security that we have in Northern Ireland including the Bedroom Tax mitigation and the Benefit Cap mitigation (which many women benefit from).
This is a very important survey and we encourage as many of you as possible to respond. Siobhán will be making a Consortium response and also contributing to the Cliff Edge Coalition response.
The deadline for responses to the survey is 6th September and you can find it on the Department for Communities website here:
