Renters’ Voice is a project for people renting from a private landlord or letting agent who want to improve things for private tenants in Northern Ireland. They know first-hand how this cost of living crisis is affecting our ability as renters to cover all essentials and they want to understand how it is impacting other private tenants.

To ensure the findings are accurate, please only complete this survey if you are currently private renting from a landlord or letting agency i.e. not renting from a Housing Association or the Housing Executive.

For the purpose of this survey, they are measuring the effects of the cost of living crisis from the start of January 2022. This is around the time when inflation & energy prices began to hit the headlines.
